My Friend Mr. Octopus

For those of you who were wondering who Mr. Octopus is, here's a picture of he and I. I love to watch him twirl in the air while I get my diaper changed! He is even teaching me a musical scale because each of his legs has a different note!

I love my swing!!!

This is the swing that Grandma and Grandpa Schumaker got me. I love to swing and look at the birds fly around in a circle. My dad doesn't think he'd be able to stomach the swinging and circles at the same time, but I absolutely love it!

Rock n' Roll Baby!

Uncle Dusty bought me this shirt and promised to start a band with me! My dad thinks I'll be good at the tambourine because I like to shake my arms a lot.

The Pink Lady

Grandma Gail came with us to church. You wouldn't believe it, but there was this little boy there who cried for about half of the Mass. I could hardly hear anything! It made it hard for me to pray.

Getting ready for my first Mass!

Here's Mommy and me right before my first Mass.

Sleeping Beauty

Just in case you couldn't see me well enough in the first one, my parents wanted to show you this pic.

Rule # 1: When you are tired, sleep!

As you can see, a full tummy often means it's time to sleep. My parents think that I'm supposed to stay up for a little while after I eat, but a lot of the time I just want to sleep!

My parents think I just like to smile...

But the truth of it is that I just dirtied my diaper and I know that they'll have to clean it! Aha, ha ha! Life is good!

I am the Champion of the World!

Last night I arm wrestled my dad and beat him! As you can see, my mommy is quite proud of me.

Just like Batman

I've also figured out how Batman and Robin climbed up the sides of buildings in the 60's TV show - trick photography. I taught my parents how to do it and whall'a, I'm standing! Pretty cool, huh?

Kicking back!

Since I can't really sit up, crawl, walk or fly yet, I like to spend a lot of time lying on the ground. It's fun, give it a try. Especially after a good meal!

Tickled pink!

Other times I like to let it all hang out and just laugh up a storm. It helps when my parents tickle me!!

Pondering Life

Sometimes I like to just sit and think about what life is really all about. I mean, you could say that it really boils down to eating, sleeping, pooping and looking at Mr. Octopus, but I think there is more to it than just that.

Me and Dad

Someday I'll have big hands like my daddy.

My mommy says that's me in the mirror, but I can't figure out how I got in there. Sure is fun though!

First Target run - A historic event!

My mommy is teaching me how to bargan shop. She's really good at that and my daddy appreciates it!

It takes three women to bathe me!

It's like I've got 4 grandmas!

That's my great Aunt Dee holding me and my other great Aunt Marianne in the black shirt. We spent Labor day weekend playing. It was fun!
